Viagra is a pill designed for men who suffer from erectile disfunction. It is not for healthy men. It is available by perscription only, though if you are a healthy young man, there's no reason for you to have it. Using it can cause undesired results.

To be a little more specific, Viagra is the brand name of a drug called sildenafil citrate. Sildenafil works by triggering your blood vessels to secrete nitric oxide. Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to expand, increasing blood flow to the region.
Men, especially older men or men who are not in the best of health, sometimes have problems with circulation, and this can interfere with their ability to get an erection. not being able to have an erection means they're not able to perform sexually, and this can interere with their quality of life. That's why they might want to use Viagra.
But young, healthy men usually don't have circulation problems, and should not use Viagra. Young, healthy men can improve their blood circulation and sexual function by getting plenty of cardio vascular exercise. Go running, play football or cricket or something. That will help immensely.
