This senior, Chance, in my high school has like been following me everywhere. Last year he started out in my french class, but went to some other school when he failed like three classes. I talked to him on and off during the time he was at the other school, and he wanted to hook up over the summer. He's this really creepy goth guy now, and still trying to hook up with me. My friends and I see him everyday at lunch, and he loves to walk up behind me ad just wait till I notice. I normally have a Coke at lunch, so I am never very focused. He always scares me, even when my frends warn me. He always seems to be there when I don't want him. I want him to get away from me. I've tried being nice, and then my best bud got nasty when he didn't leave. He just laughs and think that we're flirting with him. How do I get rid of him?

You tell him to back off. And if he doesn't, you report him for harrassment.

If someone isn't getting the message, than perhaps being "nice" about it isn't the best option. A firm "I am not interested in you, and you need to stop following me" is in order. And after that? Report him. He hasn't taken you seriously before, and it's unlikely he'll just wise up in the near future.
