When I touch my boyfriends penis on the tip, he tells me to stop and he sort of holds it like he's just been kicked there. He doesnt have any pain when I touch the rest of his penis, just the tip. I can't move back his foreskin either without him yelling in pain. It's almost as if his foreskin is stuck where it is. And Ive noticed that its quite red around the holes where he pees. I am really gentle with him I just don't get it.
We were both virgins when we met so It can't be any STI's. Sometimes when we have sex, it's fine during intercourse but afterwards his penis hurts. Any ideas what is wrong? [Confused] I avoid touching him now because I don't want to accidentally touch the tip and cause him pain.

Sounds like your boyfriend may have an infection of his foreskin. One needn't be sexually active to get some basic infections.

So, he needs to see his doctor, or it's only going to get worse, no matter what it is.
