Okay, so I am new to this site, and it seems really cool. I was wondering if there was such a thing as being too horny. I am embarassed to talk about this with people I know, but I am almost as horny as a guy. There was a little tidbit that I heard that teen boys think about sex once every 20 sec. I know that this might be way off, but anyway I think about it all the time. It is kind of embarassing, because I don't wan't people to think I'm a nymhomaniac, but I can't stop. I am not a virgen, and have had sex with 2 partners. I do want to sleep with lots of guys(it sounds so dirty saying it), but I always control myself. Anyway, at my school if you have sex, there will be people calling you a whore. No girls are very open about sex where I am from. I don't know, I just wondered if being really horny 1/2 the time is normal or not. Thanx. [Big Grin]

You know, the libido of men and women varies between people, not between genders. Women can be -- and many are -- just as libidinous as men. We simply have less cultural permission to voice it when we are.

It's 100% normal during your teens to think about sex a LOT: after all, your body and mind are going through loads of sexual development.

But those feelings don't have to dictate your actions: you still get to choose how you act on them, and for obvious reasons, if you're just looking to get off and get some release, it can be a lot better to do that with your own two hands as need be, than to hook up with just anyone when really, it's not about connecting with a whole person, but about relieving those feelings.
