Yesterday i had a tampon in for an hour while i took a shower and i took it out and looked at it cause it wasnt so full. it looked like a small layer of half of it was ripped off. i dont know if it was like that when i put in it, cause it was in an i guess its possible that part of a tampon is in me.

i tried getting it out but ive never fingered myself before and it was really really weird and i didnt know what anything was supposed to feel like so i couldnt even find it in there.

my period is almost gone. do you think if its in there it will just flush itself out? i havent gotten sick or anything from it if it is there. theres a chance that it might not even be in there.

Get to your doctor to be safe and avoid any risk of infection. She can quickly remove it.

Tampon packaging lists the proper size tampon needed, depending on your flow. When your flow is really light, use pantiliners/lunapads, etc. instead. Otherwise, your vaginal lubrication gets absorbed by the tampon, and you risk tearing/infection.
