I just had my period a few days ago,and towards the end of it, I was getting a dark brown discharge...usually toward the end of my period I get brown, I guess because the blood is thin or dry or something, but never this dark. I dunno if that's anything to be worried about, because there wasn't any pain or any different smell or anything. Also, occasionally I get these periods of time where I have to pee like a few times in an hour, but there is no pain with that either. I don't really know what's going on, but if youcould help, thanks.

The dark brown discharge is just likely normal variation in your cycle; nothing to be worried about.

Per the frequent urination issue, that's something best brought up with your doctor if it bothers you. It could be that you're getting very mild UTIs occasionally, but your doctor is really the best person to ask.
