whenever I go to my gynecologist she asks me if I douche she told me that when you pour water down your vagina to clean it and she says its unhealthy.

but whenever I take a bath I notice that if I pulse my stomach muscles(in any know to get up or something) water gushes out of my vagina and when I leave the bath water comes pouring slowly out for about 5 minutes. does this count as douching?
cause I'm just taking a normal bath right or is it abnormal for this to happen to other girls? and if it counts as douching that doesnt mean I cant take baths anymore right?

No, this isn't douching, and you don't need to worry about it.

Your vagina doesn't have a watertight seal [Big Grin] , so if you swim or bath, it's natural for some water to get inside it, and then run out again when you stand up.

Douching is deliberately squirting a jet of water (and sometimes chemicals) inside your vagina to try to "clean" it, and your gyn is right to tell you that it's unnecessary and unhealthy.
