I was reading a article before in cosmopolitian and it said that eating more greens could benefit your sex life because it helps estrogen in your body. Is this true? What else helps?

Estrogen isn't a big driver in libido. Testosterone is. So (per usual with Cosmo), I'm not sure what point they were trying to make exactly, since estrogen just isn't a big concern when it comes to sex, overall.

Actual greens aren't even really that high in phytoestrogens. Soy is an exception. it is *very* high in phytoestrogens, and they are researching whether this may have some benefits for post-menopausal women. Other studies have shown soy phytoestrogens will not adversely affect men in any way.

btw, I just pigged out big time at the Tofu Festival this weekend, and it was gooooooooood.
