Okay well my problem is all yesterday I was really itchy in my vulva/vagina region and had noticed alot of white-ish yellowish discharge. But my doctor told me that alot of that discharge was normal for me and it was because I was on the Birth Control pill. Anyways today I was in the shower and by clitoris had been kind of hurting as well so I took a peek and it was all red, enflamed and really sensitive and there was this white discharge coming out from it and when I tried to wipe it off it was very hard it didn't smell very pleasant.

any idea at what this could be? its pretty uncomfortable.

Possibly you've got a yeast infection going on, possibly some sort of bacterial or other vaginal infection. You need to see a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment - sounds like the sooner the better. Is there a walk-in clinic you could head to, even though it's a Saturday?

If you can't get in to the doc until Monday, warm baths may be soothing, and you may want to try applying a bit of plain, organic yogurt to your vulva to reduce some of the discomfort (if it is a yeast infection, this can help get a start on treating it).
