My period is 2 months late. When it was a week late I took an EPT and another a week after that. Both were negative. I have not had any sexual relations for those 2 months. I had been on the pill but went off of it 4 months ago and got my period the month I went off of it on time. The last time i had sex we used a lambskin condom. Is it possible that i am still pregnant even though both tests were completely done right and negative?

After correctly taking two negative tests it is unlikely you are pregnant. I'd recomend seeing your gynecologist to see if there may be a reason your period hasn't come, and at that time the office may also do another urine test, or you could ask for a blood test to be done just to verify you are not pregnant (blood tests are slightly more accurate).

It's likely there's nothing you really need to worry about, but it's always good to figure out early on as opposed to later if there is.
