Ive been thinking for a while now. Can you use birth control pills as emergency pills?.. like take a double dose or someting? Nothing has happened to me or nothing im just curious? And this may seem liek a stupid question but what is sperm made of? I hear its rich in protein or somethign along the lines of that.. sorry daft question im just curious? sorry if ive posted in the wrong board

Some brands of birth control pills can be used as emergency contraception, yes. Not all of them can, so you'd have to check with your doctor or pharmacist before doing so. In general, it's just a good idea to go get EC, because then you don't have to worry about running out of your pills before you're supposed to.
Per your second question: sperm are single cells with a nucleus, cell membrane, etc. Semen (the fluid that contains sperm) is made up of proteins, sugars, some water; there are a lot of different compounds in semen. It's not "rich in protein" from a nutritional point of view, but it does contain proteins.
