Okay my girlfriend and I had sex a few times, and she keeps saying it hurts. She is well lubricanted during sex and she says it hurts around her hymen area near her opening. My concern is how can we prevent this pain from happening? Like its not suspose to hurt everytime in that one spot which ruins the whole idea of having sex! what can we do about this?

If she's aroused and you're using sufficient lubricant and everything and she's still having pain she needs to visit her doctor. There may be a medical reason as to why sex is painful for her.

P.S.: Yield for Pleasure (or, why chilling out with intercourse can improve your sex life) and From OW! to Wow: Identify the causes of Painful Vaginal Sex and Kick the Pain to the Curb may well be of help.
