Hi... I just have a question. I'm circumsized. After masturbation my penis goes all puffy and funny shaped... it always goes back to normal after a while but I'm just wondering why that is. It looks to me like it might be the veins bulging but i'm not really sure.... is this serious? I'm worried!! It doesn't hurt or anything.... am I being too hard or doing something wrong?

It may just be the way you're masturbating; I don't want to get into graphic detail, but rubbing any part of the body repeatedly will cause some surface irritation. Lubrication could help with this--proper, sexual lubrication (like Astroglide or KY Jelly).

Remember, too, that you've got a lot of blood flow to the area during arousal, and that could cause puffiness.

In general, if you're not causing pain, and it's going away, it's probably okay.
