Everybody's libido goes up and down at different stages of their life. Sometimes you may feel like masturbating every day, and at other times you will find that masturbtion doesn't do much for you- it's completely normal.

If you're finding that you aren't feeling sexually aroused much lately, there are always other types of physical pleasure. You might want to try some exercise- I like Yoga, but some people prefer aerobic exercises like jogging ande working out. Or you might want to try having a hot bath, or relaxing in a special place, having a massage etc.
