I've hear that if you have an abortion it can lead to not being able to bear children later on in life. Is this true, if so, after how many abortions?

Unless there happened to be complications in your abortion, chances are if the abortion was performed in the early trimester, an abortion should not interfere with your chances of conceiving.

However, it is all by a case by case basis. For some women, having more than one abortion can injure or weaken the uterine lining which can cause problems with conceiving.

However, abortion should never be taken as a form of contraception. Should you be sexually active, you should use protection and go for regular gynae check ups.

Do take a look at the following articles. Think they will be helpful to you.
