i actually didn't stick my penis all the way in, i just stuck it in so the head of my penis went in, does it still have a chance to get pregnant?

As it has been explained to you, one does not have to insert a penis fully to the base, into the vagina for conception to occur.

Semen comes from the head of the penis, so the insertion of the head, to any degree, creates the possibility of pregnancy just as much as full penetration would.
