What you described constitutes a high risk for pregnancy. Any time semen comes into contact with the vulva or vagina, there is a risk. The good news is that she still has time to get emergency contraception. Emergency contraception can be used within 72 hours of unprotected sex. Check out this article --->
Emergency Contraception for more information.

The other thing you two need to worry about is STDs, because that contact is certainly also a risk for many infections. Even if you are both virgins, you should still both get tested. And in the future, using condoms if you are going to be anywhere near her vagina with your penis will greatly decrease your risk of pregnancy or disease transmission.
