Hi um i have bumps (some have puss some dont) on my vaginal area. there are just a few and are kind of all over, my vaginal area also itches alot!! and i have the discharge that is thick and has the white things in them! could this mean i have a yeast infection?? and what would happen if they go untreated? i need help really badly thanks!

It sounds like you need to see a doctor or someone who is qualified to diagnose and treat such infections. None of us here are doctors, so we can't tell you what's wrong with you, but it does sound like you have an infection of some kind.

Please get to the doctor as soon as possible! It's important to treat infections like these to make sure that you stay healthy and happy.

If you need help finding clinics in Canada (because you don't want to go to your regular doctor), just let us know.
