I'm not certain, which is why I'm asking, but I've heard that if you've had unprotected sex, or if you've had sperm enter your vagina that you can clean it out with a douche if done ASAP. Is this true? Or does it just send it up higher into you?

None of the above statements are true. Douching is not an effective method of birth control at all, and douching is also unhealthy. http://www.scarleteen.com/pink/advice.html
