Do guys have hair on the part of their penis that goes into the vagina? If yes does it ever come off in the vagina? What's that like?

Yes, it's possible to for a man to have hair on the shaft of his penis. However, if he's using a condom during sex (as well he should be), then there's little worry about any hair left inside a vagina.
