In general, you're either supposed to start a new pack of birth control pills the first day of your period, or, if your doctor/clinician told you to do what's called "Sunday start," start the Sunday after you get your period (if you get your period on a Sunday, start them that day.)
So, depending on what your doctor told you, and what the insert says about missed pills and starting a new pack (if you don't have the insert, try doing an online search for the Pill brand and you should hopefully be able to find a copy of it online), you'll want to start your pill pack around your next period.
Sorry that this is so vague -- there are so many pill formulations out there, that I don't have one answer to give you. The best person to ask is always the person or clinic that prescribed you the pill in the first place.
