I used an Instead instead of tampons last night so I could have sex. Now it's stuck. When I try to get it out it keeps hitting something and it seems to far back. PLease help.

You may need to get someone elses help w/ this. Is your bf, mom, or another close female friend around? It may not be fun, but they can probably get their fingers in places you can't, and would have more coordination in doing it.
If that's not an option, I think a doctors visit is in order. It needs to come out, and if you can't do it yourself or someone close to you can't help, you need to get a professional to do it.
You may have already tried, but I suggest you bear down (push) with your muscles and see if that makes any difference. The Instead's a pretty big cup, and doesn't tend to stay in place anyway, so that might help. It's probably hitting the pubic bone, but the thing can't get stuck permanently, and it's unlikely you'll do yourtself any serious harm trying to remove it, so you might just want to reach in again, find the rim, and just keep pulling.
