i have a boyfriend, and recently we've agreed not to fool around for a while(oral/manual sex) because my fear of pregnancy ruining my life, i can't concentrate on anything else.

for instance, i just got back from classes, i have not been in here all day, but my roommate has and so has her guy friend. anyway, she left. when i started masturbating (with my underwear on), she had been gone for twenty minutes. afterwards i touched my vulva with my finger, and then immediately i became afraid. what if my roommmate and her guy friend were doing sexual activities and semen got on the door knob or on something else i touched?? and i touched the door knob, and after i masturbated, touched my vulva..... why do i keep thinking of pregnancy risks??? when they seem so impossible!? is that EVEN a pregnancy risk??? how can i stop thinking like this????// everyone just tells me to get a pregnancy test, but if i'm like this all the TIME, i can't keep taking a pregnancy each month! HELP ME

Sperm usually only live for 20 or 30 minutes in open air. It is highly unlikely that you could become pregnant from touching a doorknob or another household object and then masturbating afterwards.

It sounds like this is something that's causing you a lot of unnecessary stress. Have you considered talking to a therapist about your concerns?
