There are two ways to diagnose a pregnancy:
1. Take a pregnancy test.
2. Have a baby nine months later.

Those are the only two ways. If you're worried about it, then take a home pregnancy test (get two, take the second one a week or so later to check the results), or call Planned Parenthood or your doctor for a test. You're not going to be able to tell someone is pregnant by the feeling of their vagina or anything else. And anything you hear like that is simply a myth.
