There are only two symptoms of pregnancy that are reliable for determining if you're pregnant:
1. A positive pregnancy test.
2. Pop out a baby, nine months later.
Some women do experience bleeding during pregnancy, but it's quite a lot different from that of a normal menstrual period. And really, from the sound of your last question, it doesn't seem like you have much to be worried about.
But if you're really concerned, go take a pregnancy test. They're cheap, easy to get and take, and quite reliable.
"The only unnatural sexual act is that which you cannot perform."
