Hello there!

Does anyone have any good exercising advice for the stomach, thighs, and butt?

Thanks for your help!

Hi, I've found that what works best for me in term of the thighs and butt is pure and simple walking. I'm a runner, and nothing I've tried (even training for half-marathons) tones the butt like a couple miles of good, brisk walking every day. As for the abs, I really love exercise balls. You can lay with your back on the ball and your feet flat on the floor and do mini crunches (don't try to go up too far - it's the stabilization factor of staying on the ball that's the most important). That's just what works for me, lol. You should also check with your doctor before you make any big changes in your diet or exercise routine.

XOXOX,

I figure skate, and that skater's bubble butt definitely rings true! I actually haven't been doing it as often as I used to, but when I used to go several times a week, I had major leg muscles. Skating is also a good exercise for core strength, but you don't usually get superduper abs unless you're landing multirotational jumps. Pilates is a good core workout that isn't too hard to get into.
