I dont really know what to say, i work full time and after a 8 hour day i have a horable rash between my legs and my really lower butox aera. I hurts so back i can go any were till the next day witch is back to work. it takes over night to heal the pain that huts so bad, it messing up my life b/c i have to come home a sleep to pass the pain. i know what it is )heat Rash) but i dont know what to do to stop it and get the pain to stop so can u please help me. thank you

What are you wearing to work? Making sure your lower body is clothed is something loose-fitting and breathable, and using a cornstarch powder may be helpful.

I used to have this problem when I worked on my feet. It also comes up when I wear shorts and skirts. I found one of the best ways to combat is spandex/cotton excercise shorts under whatever you're wearing. If it's REALLY hot, this gets uncomfortable, but I find it cuts down on the rubbing between my legs and if the rash is already there, it prevents more irritation. Corn starch helps sometimes, but it seems to wear off fast.
