so i'm going to see a dietitian on Friday, and as odd as it may sound, i'm a tad nervous. I'm not really sure what to expect, and i was wondering if anyone had had experiences going to a dietitian. It's an hour appointment, and i don't really know what we're going to do for an hour, or what i should be prepared to bring with me.
Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

I know that you aren't going to the dietitian for the same reason i went, but i'll try and tell you what my experience was like. (i went because of my diabetes)
Mine was really really nice, and she just sat down with me and asked me what i'd been eating and she talked about my weight and how i would need to gain back all the weight i'd lost from Diabetic ketoacidosis. We outlined a meal plan together and figured out what things would be good to eat, and how i could tell how many carbs and stuff were in my food.
One of the reasons my sessions went so well( i no longer see a dietitian) is because she was so nice to me and built up that trust. I knew she was just there to help me out.
