Hello again!
I read on some sex ed sites for proper condom use is to unroll the condom partially before putting it on the erect penis. What I always read on the packages and scarleteen and such is that to just put the condom on top of the erect penis and unroll. Are they saying to partially unroll it so that for some people will know which proper way it is unrolling? Or do we have to partially unroll it no matter what? I thought just unrolling it without partially unrolling before it is on was the correct way. And if it couldnt unroll the proper way i just throw it out anyway

It's okay to unroll it a teensy bit, just to be sure that it is in fact unrolling the proper way (you're not supposed to unroll half the condom or anything). Some people find that the easiest way to make sure that the condom isn't inside out, but if you don't need to do so, then that's fine too.
