I recently had sex with my boyfriend. I was 4 days into my period and my period lasts for 7 days. We had sex he did not have a condom on and did cum a little in me before withdrawing. We were on a cruise so were not able to get the morning after pill in time. After we did do it I proceeded to the bathroom and washed my vagina and later on was on the toilet and noticed what looked like the cum in my toilet so im hoping it excited my body. We have purchased a pregnancy test to take before my period/if i dont get my period when im meant to. I have been having a lot of clear mucas exiting my vagina for the past 2 days and wondered what this may be from. What are the chances I am pregnant ? could my mind just be playing with me a bit ?

From the sounds of it, the only method you used was withdrawal, but if he ejaculated at all inside you, then that was not actually used, since withdrawal means withdrawing well before any ejaculation.

That given, the risks would have been high, as unprotected intercourse poses high risks, but at this point, all you can do is wait things out and then take that test if your period does not arrive.

Just for future reference, semen always leaves the body (hello, gravity). It is simply what carries sperm cells to the cervix. Withdrawal is also a very tricky method to use well, which is why its typical use failure rate is so high, so sounds like if two do not want a pregnancy, you need to talk about and plan for using a method or method you are more likely to be able to use properly.
