I usually take out/insert my Nuvaring at 5.30 pm, but I will need to take out my current Nuvaring and insert the next one while I'm travelling abroad. I live in NJ, so EST time zone, and I will be in India, so IST time zone, and 10:30 hours ahead of me. This all means that I would need to take our/insert the new ring at 4.00 am IST of the following day to what I normally would... right? As in, instead of taking it out on the 2nd at 5.30 pm, I take it out on the 3rd at 4.00 am?
I'm really sorry if this question seems totally absurd but I am honestly having a hard time wrapping my mind around it! Thanks so much if anyone can confirm I worked that out right!

To be perfectly honest, I'm not entirely sure (although maybe one of the other volunteers or staff members would know). We get lots of questions about the pill and what to do when changing time zones, but I think this is the first one I've seen about the Nuvaring.
Your best bet, honestly, is probably to call the pharmacist who filled your prescription for the ring and ask them, if that's possible.
