I just realized that after a hectic week of moving, I forgot to take out my Nuvaring last Sunday, so I left it in for 6 days too many. I took it out just now.
I always use condoms as backup, so I'm not worried about pregnancy, but I'm not sure what to do...
Do I put the new one in tomorrow as scheduled?
I haven't had my period (it should have come and gone by now if i had remembered to take the nuvaring out), will I get it? does it matter?
thanks a bunch!

oh and also, just out of curiosity, can I use a nuvaring and a diva cup at the same time, of will the ring make the cup leak?

You should be fine, but you do need to put the new one in as scheduled in order to stay protected. It's also more likely that you may experience some breakthrough bleeding/spotting during the next cycle, though that's not a guarantee.
As for using it with the diva cup in, I have no idea, but I can't see the harm in trying (as long as you wear a pad at first to catch any leaks!). It depends on how high up the ring sits compared to where your diva cup normally sits.
