Okay, so I started taking Beyaz a few weeks ago to regulate my periods, I'm still on the first pack, but (not suprisingly) I missed a pill last night. I usually take them around 10pm, but I forgot and didn't remember until like 1 this afternoon. But, the little pamphlet thing that came with the sample pack said that I should take the one I missed as soon as I remember, and then take the one for today at today's time.
So, that's what I did.
Alas, I've been kind of crampy and now I have a light flow going on.
Is that just normal with the first pack?
Or does it have to do with missing that pill earlier?

It is very common for you to experience things like you described as your body adjusts to your starting the medication, especially on the first pack. Also, I just want to affirm that you did do the right thing when you missed your pill’s schedule; fyi, you do have a 3hr window before and after the ‘scheduled’ time and still be considered on time.
