Long story. Started on Sronyx on 9/5 and did not have sex until the middle of my 2nd pack. I took it religiously, but one night (10/18) about an hour after I took my pill, I had a cough induced vomit. I called planned parenthood and they suggested I get a plan b pill, and I took it and my next scheduled pill as well. (Between throwing up and taking those pills, I did not have sex, but had it 12 hours after the fact). I last had sex on 10/19 and took my last pill on 10/23. On 10/27 I had my withdrawl bleed and everything was normal. Now my question is, does that indicate I'm not pregnant? This is my first withdrawl bleed after actually having sex. I did not spot or anything on the pill, ever. And haven't now. I just don't know when my period is even DUE. Before starting the birth control, I was always around the beginning of the month (2nd-6th) and I was VERY regular and always have been for 14 years( I am 27 now). Will my cycle likely start around when I experienced the withdrawl bleed? Help....

Alliemarie: Welcome to Scarleteen!

If you had a normal withdrawal bleed, then you're not pregnant. Generally after a few months your periods will be regulated and come on more of a schedule. Your body may need time to adjust.

But in a few months I plan on going back on the pill. Will this be safe to do after being off it for a few months?

I'm a little confused. I don't see you saying anything about being off the pill completely (and sorry if I missed that.). It will be perfectly safe to start again, just make sure you're keeping your doctor up to date with everything.
