I've been taking Loestrin 24 Fe for 4 months now (I'm at the end of my 4th pack), and I've always taken them at the same time every day. One day this month though, I missed a pill and didn't realize it until the next day at my normal time. I took both pills at that time, and used condoms for the rest of the month. I took the rest of this month's pills on time.

I only have two more placebo pills left, but haven't had any withdrawal bleeding yet. Is it possible that my body is still getting used to the hormones in the pill?
The first month I had some spotting during the month and then had a normal withdrawal bleed.
The second and third months I had normal withdrawal bleeds as well.

Any information/advice would be appreciated, since I'm starting to get worried...

Missing one pill, but making it up, can impact effectiveness of the pill, but is generally understood as only bumping a person down to the typical use effectiveness of the pill (92%) versus the perfect use effectiveness.

Did you have any kind of sex that presented a risk of pregnancy during this pill cycle? If so, were you only using the pill for contraception, or did you back up with a condom or something else?

I had sex with a condom once during this pill cycle.

Okay. So, so long as the condom was used properly, pregnancy is very unlikely here.
