I am in a long-distance relationship. Unexpected pregnancy is the last thing we would want to deal with.
My boyfriend and I visit each other on average every 2 or 3 months. We engage in sexual activity but no actual intercourse. I was wondering what sort of birth control we should invest in.
We tried condoms during our last encounter, but they seemed a little hard to maintain (it kept slipping off about an inch or so during genital-to-genital rubbing, so we had to keep readjusting it every so often). We'll definitely keep trying the condoms, but should we play it safe by using a second form of contraception as well? My hymen is also still intact, so I feel like anything that needs to be inserted into the vagina would be too much.
If you think we should just stick with the condoms, does anybody have any tips on how to keep the condom from slipping around during genital-to-genital rubbing?
