what are the chances of becoming pregnant if a condom wasn't used for a few minutes?

Without any other sort of birth control, withdrawal is 73-82% effective in typical use, and 96% effective in perfect use. If ejaculation didn't happen anywhere near your vulva or vagina, then you can assume that you are very close to that perfect use rate. Getting emergency contraception is an option if you want to reduce your risk further.

Unprotected intercourse also presents risks of STIs, so if you aren't up to date with your testing, you'll want to schedule an appointment to get that done.
