Hey everyone! I LOVE this site as most of my questions have already been asked/answered, but there is one which I couldn't find an answer to:

To make a long story short, where do i apply lube? I read somewhere on this site that i should put a drop or two into the condom, but do i also put some on the outside? And if i do put some into the condom, there isn't a higher chance of it falling off or anything right? Also, if anyone would be so kind and tell me some of their favorite kinds of lube, that would be very helpful...there're just so many kinds out there

The short answer is: anywhere you want! [Smile]

Here's the longer one: it depends on what feels good to you and a partner. If you're using it with a condom, a coupel drops can go inside the condom before it's put on for the comfort of the wearer. Then, for your comfort, you (or they) can apply a more generous amount with to the outside of the condom, or to your vulva directly, whichever you prefer.

Per the condom slipping off, if you limit lube inside to just a drop or two, no, that should not make a condom more likely to slip off. More than that, however, can.

Brands are obviously going to be mostly about preference and access, and I don't know what you have available in Mexico: the couple times I've been there, I haven't bought lube. But personally, I find that when I can, it's best to go higher-end with lubes, skipping drugstore types for those I can order online or get at specialty shops, like Liquid Silk, Pink and Ermerita. But when buying in the pharmacy, with a more limited selection, I tend to find Astroglide lubes best.
