I'm on Femcon Fe and will be getting a paragard iud on the 20th [Cool] I have been extremely stressed the last few days. On the second day of said stress I started cramping, and on the third day, spotting. I was anxious about the doc visit to get off the pills and was anxious that she would refuse to give me an iud (she let me) so the stress is over. I'm still bleeding. I'm on the second week of the pack and I'm going through about 3 panitliners a day, about how much i get on my pill period. The first 2 months of Femcon, I had badddd breakthrough bleeding. I had none on the 3rd cycle, and this is the 4th cycle of it. Could stress trigger it now or is this just random bleeding?

I love you guys. You answers my questions no matter how small or how much I ramble. <3

Stress can definitely cause breakthrough bleeding, so that may very well be what's at the root of yours, but sometimes bleeding just happens too. Either way, it doesn't sound like you have any reason to be concerned. [Smile]

Thanks!

I have another question... I didn't want to make a new topic for it

I felt for my cervix today. This is the first time I've ever REALLY explored for it. I felt it. It was just a hard bulb and the indentation was pointed to the right (I know this is normal). BUT, now don't laugh at this description [Razz] , but it felt like pac man instead of an indentation. It felt like it was slit or something and the ridges were narrow and hard. I could nestle my finger from tip to the first knuckle completely in it! I've seen pictures of a cervix via beautifulcervix.com and I just can't visualize what it should feel like. help.

What it sounds like to me is that it's possible, with those ridges you are describing, that you felt BOTH your cervix and your urethral sponge/g-spot. When we're unaroused, they're usually pretty right on top of each other. You seem to be describing a cervix, but seem also to be describing something typical for the area right there with it.

I checked again better this time. It's a round hole, not a slit, idk what I felt then... oh well. It was very wide open though. I wasn't expecting it to be this open where I'm on the pill, but I guess it may be because of all the breakthrough bleeding I have been having. Crisis averted.
Thanks guys!
