I decided to have sex for the first time a few days ago, I have been on the pill for a few years now for other reasons so we didn't use a condom and my hymen has already been broken so i wasn't expecting bleeding. Although i didn't bleed during or right after, I've been spotting for the past two days and now i have some slight breast tenderness and i'm still having some cramps. Im not supposed to have my period for another couple of weeks though. I do not know what this means and Im a little paranoid. Is this due to increased hormone levels? Is there a reason i should be worried???

Hymens don't "break," for the record. They wear away gradually, over time.

Sex also doesn't increase hormone levels.

So, what might the spotting be about? It depends. It might be due to an abrasion, such as because of not using enough extra lube (all the more important when using the pill) or not being aroused enough beforehand or a partner being too rough. And/or it might be that your hymen/corona did wear away a bit more this time.

OR, you may be having breakthrough bleeding with your pill that's totally unrelated.

Sometimes unexplained bleeding can be due to sexually transmitted infections, which may be an issue especially since you didn't use a condom, but symptoms that early would be very atypical.
