I have asked this question before, but this time it's a little different, because before we used condoms. Last night I had sex with my boyfriend. I have been on the pill for 3 years and I haven't missed any. We did not use a condom, and he withdrew. This morning, I took my pill and about an hour later I started suffering with diahrrhea. Now I am worried that my effectiveness has been compromised, especially since there was no backup. We haven't done the "no condom" thing much, he isn't all that comfortable without using one, so I have no idea how "compromised" I might be. Should I be OK since all previous pills were taken correctly?
