How difficult is it to actually make a condom? For example, if a developing nation would like to begin distributing condoms without importing them, how difficult would it be for the country itself to actually make them? What is needed?

Well, some of the leading producers of condoms are developing nations. Thailand and India both produce for Durex (a company with a proven good track record).

I have seen film clips of the process. Apparently there is a rotating rack of phallic molds which are dipped in liquid latex, then dried and the condoms are rolled right off. It's so simple!

A YouTube link would be nice if anyone knows where ot find that clip.
