I read around a little, did a search, but I just want to make sure I'm getting this entirely right... I take my birth control (Ortho TriCyclin Lo) between 11:00pm and 1:00am, every night. Is that alright? I always hear "at about the same time," but I've never been sure what that window is.
The window is about 3 hours, so taking your pill between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. is within that time range and you're just fine.

It's always best to try to take the pills as close to the same time as possible. As you are on a low dose pill, it's extra important to stay right around the same time. With low dose pills, the window tends to be smaller than the window for higher dose pills.
just to make sure, try to take your pill midday. so you can sleep in if you want & not have to worry about taking it in the morning, or go to bed early if youre super tired. i too am on tri-lo & have been for 5 months. i take mine at 2 everyday. buy a watch at kmary for $10. mine has a calander that has alittle bar underit highlighting what day of the week it is, so i can match it up with the day under the pill i should be taking that day just to make sure, & incase i missed 1 i can be sure.
