Is there a reason you NEED to find a dispenser?

I've never heard of a condom dispenser, honestly, but if you can't or won't pay for condoms (which aren't terribly expensive) than you shouldn't be considering having to use them. So, just go out and buy a box. No one will judge you, and few stores have age restrictions to buy them.

There really isn't an age restriction to something like condoms, usually, so it's unlikely you wouldn't be able to find them somewhere to buy.

This also may depends on just how old you are and where you live, however.

As far as dispensers go, while I have seen machines that dispense Trojan condoms, the ones I've usually seen dispense cheaper condoms and have usually been in incredibly dirty locations.

If you're planning on using the condoms for your own purposes, like for masturbation, then the quality of the condom won't matter as much. If you're planning on having them on hand for sexual activites, however, it's probably a better idea to do with a box of Durex or Lifestyles or something that you can buy in a drug store, as well as some water-based, condom-safe lubricant (which you can find in drug stores and works well for masturbation, too!)
