Pre-ejaculate (which contains sperm)or ejaculate can come in contact with your vulva (complete outer genital area) since your anus is right by it.
Always use condoms and lube!

not just pre-ejaculate, actually. with unprotected anal sex, you can get "backflow" where semen dribbles out of the anus and can actually enter the vagina (the two orifices are pretty close together, y'know). this can get you pregnant. moreover, bacteria from the anus can also cause infection in the vagina or urinary tract. not to mention, anal tissue tears easily, making it a great gateway for germs and disease.
so as daydreamer said, use condoms and lube!
