Well, you can buy condoms and lube at a drugstore or grocery store, and condoms are an excellent, cheap, and easy to use form of birth control.

If you're talking about hormonal birth control (the patch, the ring, the shot, or the pill), check out these threads:

Where do I get access to hormonal birth control methods? You can go to a clinic or a doctor's office on your own. Although we do recommend being honest and up front with your parents rather than trying to hide things (especially important things like being sexually active) from them. Many clinics like
Planned Parenthood (1-800-230-PLAN) even work on a sliding scale. To get birth control, you'll need to call and make an appointment to have a gynocological exam, and then you and your doctor will figure out what form of hormonal birth control (ie. the pill, the shot, the patch {especially helpful if you find you can't remember to take a pill daily}) will be right for you. We also advise always pairing that with a condom to provide STD protection.
