Actually, college-age women (and men!) are quite welcome here and are included and served by us, as indicated by our age policy of answering questions on the main site.

We're fine with outlinking to sites so long as they abide by similar guidelines of age-appropriateness as we do; no sexual technique advice, no erotica/pornography, and which contain reliable, up-to-date, correct information. If you're unsure, you can contact Heather, the site owner, and ask for permission to link your site here, and suggestions for making it appropriate for linkage if you like.

Just use the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page. [Smile]

(To be honest, with a quick glance-over of the subjects to be covered and the sources, I'm highly doubtful that we can allow a link due our serving minors as well as older teens/young women. But if you're willing to work out a way to make it inclusive of the age groups we serve, we might work something out.)

Just as an addition, college women -- especially those in the US anymore -- tend to be pretty varied in their needs. However, given how much longer many young adults here stay dependent on parents, and given that the sex lives of college students don't tend to differ much from the sex lives of older high school students -- the one big difference being that for college students living away from home, they don't have the kinds of safety nets home-living can offer -- in my experience. Overall, if I was sent an advice question from a 22-year-old and a 17-year-old, without either of them telling me their age, it'd be pretty hard to discern the difference. For that matter, I get an awful lot of the same questions here from teens I got from older (much older) adults when I was doing more sex advice for adults.

For many, Scarleteen (which we tailor in general to 14-24) and sites like teenwire or Go Ask Alice are just the right thing (and lots of older ADULTS use this site and others like it for their info), while for others, more "adult" sites are best (though the reason a lot of adults show up here is that many of those sites offer more entertainment than information). But you have the option of using both or either of these options once you're over 18. And suffice it to say, the library or a bookstore is also something you'll want to look at. Online information can be great, but really, sex education gets better the more diverse it is, and print resources are really important.

For instance, if you don't have a copy of "Our Bodies, Ourselves," that's a must in my book for women of every age. [Smile]

Just FYI, though? Our user guidelines ask users not to link to personally identifying information or personal pages like myspace, livejournal, personal blogs (just to keep everyone safe and to allow for privacy). A larger site is kind of a different thing, but a blog at blogspot, with one author, really is a personal blog. It's not really fair for us to let one user do it and not another, so I'd ask that you remove your blog link from your location and signature, okay?
