I know what it feels like when I get turned on, but this is slightly different. When I have to pee even the SLIGHTEST bit, I get a kind of "fluttering" sensation down there. This is very upsetting, because it won't go away until I pee - and like I said, it's only a tiny bit. I'm a female-to-male transgender man, and any unwanted sensations down there are a cause for stress for me :c

Anyone know what this is and how to fix it? It just started in the last month.

The thing is, all of genital anatomy is so intermingled, and all these nerve endings are basically piled on top of each other.

So, while this is something new for you, unless you've had a healthcare provider suggest something is the matter, I'd be inclined to say there's likely nothing wrong, and nothing to be done, physically, about this. We truly can't control involuntary muscle movements or nerve sensations.

It might help you cope with it, though, to bear in mind that while the world genders these parts, they really don't have any kind of essential gender of their own. To boot, a sensation in any part of our genitals also doesn't have any kind of essential way of being sexual or not. In other words, feeling something in or around the clitoris doesn't mean a person is feeling something EITHER "female" or "sexual," since those are very personal, individual things we all get to decide, and also experience differently.

Does that make sense?
