how to turn a guy on.. i am used to letting the guy take control. because i really have no idea what to do.. please help

If every guy were the same person, we could answer this.

But guys are people, and just like other genders, guys are all different. What any given guy finds sexually exciting or arousing is going to be very individual.

But the truth is that this shouldn't be something where you've got to make any kind of major effort: if someone is into you, you should mostly just be able to be yourself, and express your sexual desires in ways that feel right for you, and if they're into you? They'll be excited. If they're not, then likely won't be.
