OK...real talk...what is the risk of catching an STI from touching/licking an erect penis (shaft and tip) but not coming in contact with any fluid (ejaculate and pre-ejaculate)?

What STI's can you get from skin to skin contact only? What STI's can you get from skin to fluid contact?

Can you get gonorrhea from skin to skin contact only?
